How can I determine my ring size?
There are several methods for determining your ring size. You can carry these out easily at home with just a few tools.
1. The "finger circumference" method: Take a ribbon or a piece of string and wrap it around the finger in question. Mark with a pencil where the ends meet. Measure the length of the ribbon or string with a ruler and compare the result with a ring size chart.
2. The "ring diameter" method: If you already own a ring, you can determine its size with a ruler in millimetres. Lay the ring flat so that the inside is visible and measure the diameter. This diameter is your ring size.
3. Professional measuring: The most accurate method is to visit a specialist. In Zen Diamond stores you can have your ring size measured precisely, so you can be sure of getting the right size. This service is free of charge in our stores.
What do I do if a ring does not fit?
At Zen Diamond, customer satisfaction always comes first and we want to offer you a first-class shopping experience. If the ring does not fit, you have the right to a ring size adjustment within 6 months at no charge. (The free ring resizing is possible once only. A product that has been resized cannot be returned.) If you are not satisfied with your purchase or change your mind, your rights are protected at Zen Diamond. Thanks to our 30-day return policy, you have the option of returning the product you purchased within 30 days of receiving the goods and obtaining a refund.
