Delivery
Your orders are delivered free of charge (within Germany) by UPS or DHL.
All orders are insured right to your front door. The insurance policy ceases to be valid once the goods are handed over to the recipient or to the person accepting the parcel on the recipient's behalf.
Our jewellery is made to order. Every piece is a special production that can be tailored to our customers' wishes. The manufacturing process usually takes 3-4 working days. Production of a piece for which payment is received by 2:00 p.m. begins the very next working day. You can find more precise information about delivery times on the product detail pages. Once production is complete, the piece is handed over to the shipping service and you will receive a tracking number by e-mail and SMS. With this number you can track your shipment at www.ups.de / www.dhl.de . Please bear in mind that the shipping service does not deliver at weekends or on public holidays. The delivery times stated are in addition to public holidays. Invoices are sent by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided.
Your piece of jewellery is delivered in an elegant black Zen Diamond box, together with the product certificate and, if requested, a gift note.
If the recipient is not at the address given at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to contact the recipient to arrange a new delivery date. If contact cannot be made, the parcel will be left at the nearest Access Point for the recipient to collect. If the recipient does not collect the parcel within three days, the shipment will be returned to Zen Diamond.
In the event that the ordered goods are unavailable, we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case we will inform you without delay and refund any payment already received without delay.
