Color
The color of a diamond is one of its most important quality characteristics. For white diamonds, color quality is graded on a scale from D to Z, with D representing a completely colorless diamond and the highest color quality. As the letter increases, the diamond's natural yellowish or brownish tint increases. The more colorless a diamond is, the rarer and more valuable it generally is. Clarity
Almost every natural diamond has tiny internal or external characteristics known as inclusions or blemishes. The fewer and smaller these are, the higher the diamond's clarity. Clarity is graded on an international scale from FL (Flawless) to I (Included). Diamonds with FL or IF clarity grades are extremely rare and considered particularly valuable. Most high-quality jewelry diamonds fall within the VS (Very Slightly Included) to SI (Slightly Included) range. At these clarity grades, inclusions are generally not visible to the naked eye and do not affect the diamond's beauty or brilliance. Cut
The cut is one of the most important quality characteristics of a diamond, as it largely determines how much light is reflected and how intensely the diamond sparkles. A precisely cut diamond ensures maximum brilliance, fire, and light reflection. The round brilliant cut is the best-known and most popular cut shape. Through its optimal facet arrangement, it showcases a diamond's natural sparkle especially impressively. In addition to the round brilliant cut, there are many other popular cut shapes, including Princess, Oval, Marquise, Pear, Emerald, Cushion, Radiant, Heart, and Asscher. Each cut shape has its own character and gives the diamond an individual look. |

Free Shipping
All orders are shipped free of charge. Your jewelry pieces are fully insured throughout the entire transit and securely delivered to the specified delivery address.
To ensure safe receipt, a signature is required for all deliveries. Additionally, shipping is discreet, with no indication of the package's contents on the outer packaging.
Please note that insurance coverage ends upon successful delivery to the recipient.
Free Returns
You can return your order to us free of charge within 30 days of receiving the item. Following the receipt and inspection of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
For returns within Germany, we provide you with a pre-paid return label free of charge.
You also have the option to return your purchase in person at one of our Zen Diamond stores.
Exceptions
Custom-made jewelry items and products crafted according to the customer's personal specifications are excluded from the right of cancellation and return.
A right of cancellation applies to rings personalized with an inner engraving. However, in the event of a return, a processing fee equal to 5% of the purchase price will be charged. The fee will be a minimum of €20 and a maximum of €200.
Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by improper handling are excluded from returns.
Additional shipping costs exceeding standard shipping are non-refundable.
